Terms of Warranty and Claim Procedure

This Claim Procedure applies to the goods that were purchased at Natales Ltd. and whose claim has been claimed within a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.


For each item purchased at Natales Ltd. when delivered to the buyer, an invoice (sales document), which serves as both a guarantee document and a delivery note.

When making the goods, the buyer is required to check the following:

  • whether it is a product that was ordered (if it is a product that has not been ordered, do not unpack, otherwise it will not be possible to replace it)
  • whether the product is in the intact state, whether or not he has a clear defect
  • whether all its parts are working
  • The packaging and the contents of the product must not be mechanically damaged (mechanical damage also means damage to the product which could not arise from the normal use of the product for the purpose for which it was manufactured).


The warranty does not apply to defects in goods caused by improper use, storage or damage to the buyer.

In the event of a complaint, you must notify this in advance, in writing, by mail or by telephone, to Natales Ltd. contact details below.

 

The buyer is obliged to send the goods under the above conditions to the following address:

Upon agreement, the goods can be sent to another address (eg. directly to the manufacturer)
